I had a wonderful experience with Sue Wallen in selling my house. My last experience had been quite a few years ago in a different state with a very different market and procedures. Sue guided me through the process from the beginning, understanding the neighborhood, judging the relevance of recent sales of similar houses, and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of my house. Some minor touches and fix-ups were needed, and we progressed through the various inspections. Pictures were taken (wonderful pictures!) and a marketing approach discussed.
